Mission

Mission

By building a loyal base of donors, KEET hopes to continue:

  • To enable the School to be in a position of sustainable self-funding in everything is does and everything it wants to do
  • To raise funds in a systematic and sustainable way, by building a base of loyal, supportive donors who give year after year, campaign after campaign
  • To support and maintain the School’s status as a model and a leader in the public education in South Africa
  • To develop the human capital within the Schools
  • To construct replicable models of leadership development
  • To extend the knowledge and practice gained in this endeavour to the broader public system of South Africa
  • Combine tradition with innovation

The Trust hopes that the success of this project – a public school ensuring its own educational advancement and sustainability – will contribute beyond our own School and help build quality is public schooling throughout South Africa.

‘It is my desire that the School will always be a happy productive institution which produces free and critical thinking young men who have good values and high levels of personal discipline. The young men who leave the School will have been exposed to a balanced education including sport and cultural activities.’ – Doug Shead, Headmaster, K.E.P.S —
